These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between 92jeto ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the services provided through the 92jeto platform, accessible at 92jeto.bet and any associated mobile or application interfaces operated by the Company.

92jeto is an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting operator. The platform offers a range of services including, but not limited to, sports betting (cricket, kabaddi, football, UFC, and other markets), online casino games (slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and roulette), and promotional bonuses designed for players located in Pakistan.

By accessing the 92jeto platform, creating a player account, depositing funds, participating in any game or betting market, or claiming any bonus, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the 92jeto platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the 92jeto website, mobile interface, and all related services and features.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds (where applicable) held within a Player's Account.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Player using any supported payment method, denominated in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 92jeto subject to wagering requirements as detailed in the relevant promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 92jeto prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 92jeto is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• "Prohibited Activity" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 92jeto, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. 92jeto strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will suspend any account where the Player is found or reasonably suspected to be under 21.
2. You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of another individual.
3. You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party in connection with your Account.
4. You are not a resident of a Restricted Territory in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from 92jeto or had an Account terminated for violations of these Terms.
6. You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
7. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of 92jeto or its affiliated companies.

To access the full range of 92jeto services, you are required to register a personal account via the registration page. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 92jeto platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity.
• Notifying 92jeto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensuring that no other person accesses the Platform through your Account.

92jeto will never contact you to ask for your full password. If you receive any such communication purportedly from 92jeto, please report it to our support team immediately.

92jeto processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at the Company's discretion.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 92jeto does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by payment method.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed once your Account has passed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Only Real Money Funds that have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• 92jeto reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing.
• Processing times for approved withdrawals are typically between one and five business days, depending on the payment method selected.
• 92jeto reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

92jeto offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket seasons such as the PSL and international tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion page:

• Each promotion has its own specific wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap. These details are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and hold no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• 92jeto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of promotional mechanics — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account terminated.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds that exceed the maximum withdrawal cap stated in the relevant promotion will be removed from the Account balance at the time of withdrawal processing.

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on the 92jeto platform are governed by game-specific rules that are accessible within each game or market interface. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for the relevant market.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 92jeto's decision, made in good faith and in accordance with the available official data, shall be final.
• 92jeto reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was inadvertently made available, or placed at odds that were demonstrably incorrect due to a technical error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that are tested and audited by independent third parties. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the outcome of any round in progress at the time of disconnection will be determined and recorded by the game server. 92jeto is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92jeto platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit games, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or betting system. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of any sporting event covered on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN or other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 92jeto staff members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code of any part of the Platform.

All content on the 92jeto platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 92jeto or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from 92jeto.
• Use the 92jeto brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Scrape, frame, or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92jeto, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services, whether planned or unplanned, including downtime for maintenance purposes.
• Any technical failures, including server outages, connectivity issues, or software errors that affect game or betting outcomes, except where such failures are directly attributable to 92jeto's gross negligence.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, promotions, or odds displayed on the Platform that contained typographical errors, where such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 92jeto's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

92jeto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and Platform usage is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the quality of 92jeto services. 92jeto does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

92jeto is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates in accordance with the responsible gaming standards required under its international gaming licence. The following tools and resources are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a specified time period.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request relating to your Account.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights.
